We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product you have purchased from us. We take pride in offering superior customer service and to ensure a risk-free, hassle-free online shopping experience, we make an exception for food items that are ordinarily non-returnable in online marketplaces.
- Return and Replacement Conditions
You may return a product for refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt of the product. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Exemptions to Returns
Please note, we will not accept returns on the following items for health and safety reasons:
a. If the food product is opened, partially used or the seal is broken.
b. If the food product is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
c. If the food product is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Return Procedure
To return the product, you should mail the product to our designated return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In case of any defect with the product due to negligence on our part, we shall reimburse the return shipping amount as well. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over a certain amount, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info[at]markstor.com and we will guide you through the process.
