By placing an order on the Markstor website, you agree to the following conditions.

Registered Brand Information

Markstor and Ajwa Al Saudi are registered brand names of Markstor. We hold exclusive rights to sell our products online and offline. For any inquiries, you can contact us at +91-8779546336.

No Returns or Refunds

Once an order is confirmed, Markstor does not accept returns or refund requests. This is due to food safety concerns. However, we strive to provide an amicable solution in specific situations to ensure customer satisfaction (refer below).

No Exchanges or Alterations

Once products are packed, they cannot be altered or exchanged for other items under any circumstance.

Handling Complaints About Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please notify Markstor within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@markstor.com or calling +91-8779546336.

Please provide the following details:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One image of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the damaged product
  • Description of the damage

For shipments with multiple items, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. We will promptly work with you to replace the damaged product and provide a fair solution.

Handling Complaints About Missing Products

If an item is missing from your order, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via info@markstor.com or +91-8779546336.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Image of the invoice
  • One image of the outer box
  • Two clear images of the opened box with all items received

We will not accept a refund request but will promptly resend the missing product after verification.

Handling Complaints About Spoiled Products

If you believe that a product is spoiled, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@markstor.com or +91-8779546336.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Date of packaging/manufacture and batch number (these details can be found on the product packaging)
  • Clear images or video of the product

Note: Due to the natural nature of our products, variations in taste, texture, color are expected, and no two batches will be identical. We ensure the use of the best natural ingredients and uphold the highest quality standards.

Shipping and Delivery Policy – Markstor

Shipping Timelines

  • Orders within India: Parcels will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Orders to northeast Indian states may take 2-3 additional days. Festival times or unexpected events affecting our shipping partner’s ability to deliver on the promised time-frame may result in longer shipping times.

Packaging Standards

We adhere to industry packaging standards to ensure the safe delivery of your goods.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination zone. Markstor reserves the right to change delivery fees without prior notice. Some products are currently offered with free shipping. Markstor reserves the right to change that without prior notice.

Additional Transportation Charges

Additional charges will be applied for any order returned from the correct billing address.

Order Modifications

Special requests, such as changes to delivery time, product specifications, or address details, must be submitted before the order is dispatched. Once the shipment is in transit, no modifications can be accommodated.

International Orders

Customers placing international orders must ensure compliance with local customs regulations. Markstor is not responsible for items seized or restricted by customs, and no compensation or refund will be issued in such cases.

Liability

Markstor will not be liable for refunds if an order is lost during transit by the carrier.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are available only in select cities. If a customer refuses a COD order, Markstor reserves the right to decline future COD requests from that customer.

Payment Information

All payments are processed under Markstor, either through our partner payment gateways, UPI or bank transfers made to official Markstor bank accounts.

Response Time

All emails or complaints will be responded to within 24-48 hours, and we will provide full assistance thereafter.

Proof of Claims

Customers must provide a complete unboxing video to support any claims regarding missing or damaged items. Substantial proof is required to avoid rejection of claims.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Markstor reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy, refund policy, and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
